Q. What does the name "Accrual World" mean?
A. It's a silly Accounting play on words. 

An "Accrual" is the process of recognizing an expense in a specific period, even though you may not have been billed for it yet. Life in general is often referred to as "A Cruel World" hence the joke. Feel free to laugh.
